Features

• Telephony: Initiate calls via the company number or through Softphone Mobile (One-Number functionality). The application manages device control seamlessly between mobile and desktop clients. Call forwarding to any specified number is supported, with push notifications alerting users to missed calls.
• Softphone Mobile: Allows making calls from any location using the office number. Supports hold/mute functions, call consultation, transfer, DTMF tones, and connections through loudspeaker or Bluetooth devices. Calls can be made over Wi-Fi or mobile networks (5G/4G/3G), with automatic transition and reconnection features between networks.
• Presence: Enables users to set and modify their presence status, configure call forwarding rules, view colleagues' telephony and presence information, and annotate contacts. Voicemail can be toggled via presence profiles. A dedicated widget simplifies the process of changing presence status.
• Chat: Facilitates instant messaging with colleagues and federated contacts. Includes push notifications for incoming messages, emojis, image sharing, persistent chat sessions that continue across devices, and a chat history log.
• Contacts: Maintains a personal contact list with detailed contact information. Includes search functionality within the local address book and linked external applications such as CRM or ERP systems. Caller ID is available for contacts from integrated systems.
• Meetings: Supports scheduling and initiating audio conferences, dial-in access for ongoing meetings, participation in meeting chats with active speaker views during audio sessions, participant management including moderator controls, media status overview, data access, and push notifications for upcoming meetings.
• Journal: Offers an overview of communication history with search capabilities. Displays all phone calls, missed calls, voicemails, faxes received (viewable), and voicemails (playable). Push notifications inform users of new faxes and voicemails. Users can initiate callbacks or chats directly from the journal.
• Appointments: Provides a consolidated view of all scheduled appointments from Outlook or Notes, including reminders and meetings scheduled via XPhone. Users can create reminders for calls or tasks and receive push notifications for upcoming scheduled items.
